If you require assistance with using the content from Myrient, please join our Discord server. We do not provide assistance with using the content from Myrient via email.

We do not fulfill requests for content to be added via email. Myrient only makes content that is uploaded by others and verified available for download.

What to include in your email

When reporting technical issues

Please check our announcement channels on Discord or Telegram to see if the issue has been identified. In most cases, technical issues are temporary and resolved as soon as possible.

If the issue has not been identified yet, please let us know by including as many details as possible when describing the behavior you encountered and, if possible, steps to reproduce it.

When reporting Myrient being blocked by your internet service provider (ISP) or government

Please include the name of your ISP and country you are located in.

When requesting the use of Myrient's content (file) URLs in your website

Please provide the following:

• A link to your website
• What the website is/will be used for
• Justification for using Myrient's file URLs instead of hosting the content yourself
