This function uses DMA to transfer texture palette data to VRAM banks that can be allocated to texture palettes. The transfer destination address (in the texture palette) can be specified. The DMA channel that is used is GX_DMAID
(defined in gxcommon.h
). Both destSlotAddr
and szByte
must be 4-byte aligned.
Notes: Because the DMA transfer is carried out internally, the transfer source data must be flushed to the main memory using a function such as DC_FlushRange
prior to the process. If the regions for transfer source and transfer destination overlap, the operation result is undefined. The VRAM bank specified by texPltt
must be mapped in LCDC space.
