*.zip)NW_CTR folder that was extracted from the archive.Extracting this package with Windows 7's standard extraction program may lead to issues with certain functions (such as loading CHM Help files) because of Windows security features.
Instead of this, there are two options: extract the package with a decompression program other than the standard Windows one, or right-click the package, select Open with from the shortcut menu, choose Explorer, and drag the NW_CTR directory displayed to the folder where you want to extract it.
Opening the NW_CTR/doc/index.html file in the package displays a page that provides links to all of the documentation. Before using the package, read through the release notes for basic information about using the package.
