void RequestUpdate();
None.
At the time of the next update, notification is made that proper execution is required.
Note: The DDL compiler generates this function only when the upon_request_filter
property is attached to the dataset in the DDL declaration.
When using dead reckoning with Duplicated Objects, the DuplicatedObject::Update
function must be executed each frame to maintain the prediction model for data being estimated. If the upon_request_filter
property is set, a network message may not be created, even if the DuplicatedObject::Update
function is executed. When the DuplicatedObject::Update
function is executed, you can ensure that a message will definitely be sent at the next update by calling the RequestUpdate
function ahead of time.
