The OperationCallback
class is called based on relative priority values. The priority is a positive or negative integer and it determines the order in which the system executes operation-related events. Priority 0 is reserved for the execution of operations. Accordingly, priorities available for use by the application are -1024 to -1, and 1 to 1024. Priorities outside of this range are used by the system.
