Readme for TWL Volume Icon Sample 1.0

Introduction

This package is a sample collection of volume icons that can be used on the DSi system.

The volume icons included in TWL-SDK are the black volume icons used on the DSi Menu Launcher screen. This package makes available as variations the gray volume icons used on the DSi Menu System Settings screen and volume icons with a background plate.

Specifically, the following sample data is included in NITRO-CHARACTER format.

• Black volume icons (Volume_L_dg.*)
  Black volume icons used on the DSi Menu Launcher screen. This is the same data that is packaged in TWL-SDK.
• Gray volume icons (Volume_L_fg.*)
  Gray volume icons used on the DSi Menu System Settings screen.
• Black volume icons with background plate (Volume_P_dg.*)
  The original volume icons, consisting of the black volume icons with an additional background plate.
• Gray volume icons with background plate (Volume_P_fg.*)
  The original volume icons, consisting of the gray volume icons with an additional background plate.

Note that displaying the volume icon in applications is not required. If you do display it, you are not required to use the sample data included in this package.

Notes

Precautions for using this package are outlined below.

• No restrictions apply to modification of the data.
• Volume icon display specifications do not need to match the specifications of the DSi Menu volume icon.
